The ACT Ombudsman’s Office will be closed from midday on 22 December 2017 for the Christmas and New Year period, and will re-open on 2 January 2017. We will be unavailable to take telephone calls during that time. You can however lodge an online complaint over our shut down period and we will make contact with you in January 2018 at the earliest opportunity.
