The ACT Ombudsman is pleased to announce the release of our latest quarterly report on our activities for the period of April to June 2020. It’s been a busy period for the Office, even without community engagement. We continued to have lots of virtual agency engagement during the period. We’ve seen an increase in complaints compared to the same period last year and lots of work being done in the freedom of information and reportable conduct fields.
