The formal consultation period has begun for draft ACT Ombudsman FOI guidelines 5 and 6. Volumes 5 and 6 cover the topics of amending personal information and Ombudsman reviews.
Today the ACT Ombudsman published our latest quarterly report. The report is packed full of stats and information about all of our functions including ACT FOI, Reportable Conduct, ACT Policing and everything in between.
The formal consultation period has begun for draft ACT FOI guidelines 3 and 4 on dealing with access applications and considering the public interest. We are seeking feedback from all ACT directorates on or before the consultation closing date of Friday 10 January 2020.
