We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of the public and our staff during this challenging time.
We are still taking complaints from the public, however in the interest of community health, this means we are not accepting face-to-face appointments at any of our offices.
To make a complaint please use our online form. If you're unable to complaint the online form you can call us on 1300 062 072. Please note that due to the impacts of COVID-19 our phone service is now limited to 9am to 12pm Australian Eastern Time Monday to Friday.
As part of our commitment to the health and safety of our staff, many of them are working remotely, and due to government wide resources being focussed on the delivery of essential services to the Australian public, it may take longer than usual to contact you regarding your complaint, and for us to assist you to resolve it.
