      ACT Ombudsman Annual Report for 2019–20 released!

      Today the ACT Ombudsman published our annual report for 2019/20. It was tabled out of session at the ACT Legislative Assembly and is available to view and download here: 2019/20 ACT Ombudsman Annual Report

      It has been a busy 12 months for us and this year’s report is packed with statistics, graphs and information about our activities, complaints and functions. We received over 1,200 contacts this year including over 400 enquiries and 500 complaints. While COVID-19 restricted our community engagement program, our Freedom of Information, Reportable Conduct and Inspector of the Integrity Commission areas continued to provide outcomes to the community.
