      ACT Ombudsman Annual Reports for 2020–21 Released

      Today the ACT Ombudsman published 3 annual reports for 2020­­­­–21. The 3 reports have also been tabled by the Speaker in the ACT Legislative Assembly.

      It has been another busy 12 months and our reports provide statistics and information about our activities, achievements, complaints received and varied functions within the ACT.

      We received almost 1,200 contacts this year including over 600 complaints. While COVID-19 had an impact on some parts of our community engagement program, our Freedom of Information, Reportable Conduct and Inspector of the Integrity Commission areas continued to provide important oversight and engagement functions.
