      ACT Ombudsman Quarterly Report Released

      The ACT Ombudsman is pleased to announce the release of our latest quarterly report on our activities for the period of January to March 2020. It’s been a busy period for the Office with lots of agency and community engagement before the COVID-19 restrictions kicked in. We’ve seen an increase in complaints compared to the same period last year and lots of work being done in the freedom of information and reportable conduct fields.
