      Consultation for the ACT Ombudsman FOI Guideline 5 and 6 has ended

      The formal consultation period for the ACT Ombudsman FOI Guideline 5 and 6 has ended.  Thank you to all that participated in our consultation and assisted us to complete this project.

      All of the finalised guidelines can be viewed at: Information for government agencies on FOI

      The FOI Team will now formalise the guidelines by way of Notifiable Instrument.  We will keep you posted on the developments.
